Refund and cancellation policy

Printed books

You can cancel an order for a full refund until it is posted. If a book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, or does not arrive within 15 days of the order, email us within 7 days with your order number (and a photo for damage); we will send a replacement or refund the full amount.

PDF books

Because a PDF is delivered instantly, it cannot be returned. If the file does not arrive or does not open, email us and we will resend it or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 working days.
